We only collect what you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, and any company, email, phone number and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver a project.
Legal basis
We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective and existing clients. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores them securely on our behalf. We use no third-party advertising or tracking networks.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function and to protect forms from spam. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are privacy-respecting and do not identify you personally.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these, email hello@saasyn.com.
